When and where will MEOS GEO 2027 be held?

MEOS GEO will take place from 6-8 April 2027 at Exhibition World Bahrain.

Who can attend MEOS GEO 2027?

The event is open to all professionals and business visitors in the E&P industries.

How can I register for MEOS GEO 2027 and is student registration available?

We will let you know once the registration open.

Where do I collect my badge and materials, and what does registration include?

Badges and materials can be collected at the registration desks during opening hours. Delegate registration includes admission to all conference sessions, proceedings, lunches, refreshments, the exhibition, and a delegate bag.

Are conference proceedings available, and how?

Conference proceedings are distributed electronically post-event.

What payment methods are accepted and what is the cancellation policy?

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. More information related to the cancellation policy will be available closer to the event.

How do I travel to MEOS GEO 2027 and do I need a visa?

The event is accessible by air via Bahrain International Airport and by road from neighbouring countries. Visas are required for most nationalities except GCC passport holders. For more details, please visit the Travel & Venue page.

Where can I find accommodation information?

Preferred hotels will be listed closer to the event.

Can media attend MEOS GEO 2027 and do they need a visa?

Yes, media can attend the exhibition, opening ceremony, and panel sessions for free (excluding technical sessions). Media must register for a media visa in advance.
